I'd nearly forgotten that I even HAVE a knitting blog! Nearly forgotten how to knit! In fact, I dug out the sock-and-a-half in my knitting bag and couldn't remember how to start the heel! Then I had to rip it out half way through, and the finished heel is not a thing of beauty! I haven't a clue what I'm doing wrong, but there's something important I've forgotten! My daughter cranks out socks with her eyes shut, or while waiting for a stop light...and I can't get the stupid heel to come out after having made 3 pair!

I guess I'd better get back to it.... It's still cheaper than shopping!
